Cancellations

Our commitment is to provide you with the freshest possible product at all times. TEAM must be treated with the utmost care and diligence in preparation. With our commitment to quality, our policy is that all cancellations or changes must be received no later than 9am PST Sunday. Example: All our orders ship on Monday morning (excluding national holidays, in which product ships the following business day), any changes or cancellations must be requested no later than 9am on the Sunday prior to avoid penalty. Otherwise no refunds OR credits will be issued.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. We also accept ATM cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo.

Order Confirmation

After ordering, you will receive an automatically generated email confirmation that also acts as your receipt. Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a second email verifying shipment and containing your tracking number. 


RETURN POLICY

As our products are perishable, all food sales are final.

TEAM will be happy to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event that they might be damaged or spoiled during transit. To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives.

TEAM is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information you supply to us, or for inability of a recipient to receive the package on the day it is delivered.

We wish we could assure proper handling and prompt receipt of packages once they have been delivered to the correct mailing address by the third party carrier (UPS, FedEx or USPS), but this, of course, is out of our control. To enjoy the full flavor and freshness of our products, we urge you to make the necessary arrangements beforehand. If your shipment is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by you, because of its perishability, we must dispose of the contents of the shipment and you will not be refunded.
